How do I upgrade to the Pro plan?
You can upgrade at any time directly from your Monitorecho admin dashboard. Navigate to the 'Billing & Plans' tab and complete the checkout process via PayPal. Your account limits and custom domain access will be unlocked instantly.
What happens if I exceed my component limit?
If you are on the Free plan, you will not be able to add more than 5 components. You will need to upgrade to the Pro plan to unlock up to 50 components.
Can I use my own domain on the Free plan?
No, custom domain mapping (e.g., status.yourcompany.com) is exclusive to the Pro plan. Free tier users are provided a secure, dedicated subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.monitorecho.com).
Do you offer enterprise or custom limits?
